Born and raised in Southern California, Chantelle has a vast knowledge of the California marketplace. She has called Huntington Beach home since 1989. Chantelle has established deep roots in the city living in all areas of the community, and now residing in the SeaCliff area for the last 15 years. Chantelle began her real estate career over 25 years ago working originally in Commercial Real Estate for a builder learning all aspects of the business from construction, to tenant improvements, and leasing. Chantelle associated with Coldwell Banker® | Global Luxury in 2017 and had been with her previous brokerage since 2009. She has been a consistent Top Producing Agent since 2010, specializing in SeaCliff, Huntington Beach, and all surrounding communities throughout Orange County.
