Duya has an extensive industry network across the globe, extending internationally from Zurich to Beijing and nationally from Los Angeles to greater Orange County. She specializes in residential real estate and has experience in multi-family investment properties and ownership. After graduating high school in her native country of Mongolia, Duya moved to the U.S to make her "American Dream" a reality. While fluent in Mongolian and proficient in Russian, upon her arrival to the States, Duya was determined to continue her education even with her limited English. After graduating from Santa Monica Community College, Duya obtained her Bachelor of Business degree in Accounting at Texas Tech University. She spent the next several years focusing her efforts on large corporations in Accounting, Taxation and Audit, fine tuning her special attention to detail. After obtaining her real estate license, Duya uses her specific focus on details to navigate her clients through intricate transactions. A recent graduate of the Ruskin School of Acting in Santa Monica, California, Duya has sharpened her skills in communications over the last two years with a diverse demographic. Duya’s strong commitment to her family and helping others, combined with her foundational principles of integrity, hard work, and creativity, give Duya the platform for success in her Real Estate endeavors. She started a non-profit called the Five for Five program to give back to the community and help others through her real estate business. She gives five percent of her commission to one of five different charities and non-profit of her client’s choice. "It’s not about me or how much do I gain from this real estate transaction, it’s about how can I help my client and what they want to accomplish."
