A California native, he comes to the office with 30 years of real estate experience. “I learned the art of selling high-end homes by selling the homes I built or renovated and enjoyed the experience so much that I went right into high-end real estate sales,” said Poulton. “Because of my 30 years of success as a high-end entrepreneurial luxury real estate agent, I have the ability to clearly show buyers how changes can be made, large or small, to suit their needs with my listed properties, which can make all the difference between purchasers choosing one of my listed homes versus another.” Prior to affiliating with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, he was an agent with First Team Real Estate. Before that, he worked in the building industry and held a builder’s license with a line of successful, high profile building and renovation projects, including the former residence of the ambassador to Denmark, which spanned from the intercoastal waterway to the ocean. In addition, he completed several home moving projects with Terry Emmert of Emmert International, the heavy hauling company that relocated Howard Hughes’s Spruce Goose (an H-4 Hercules plane) as seen in the movie The Aviator. Active in his community, he supports animal welfare and protection organizations.
