The mother/daughter/son team of Lisa, Fianna, and Gio Helou are as much a part of the Newport Beach community as the clients and properties they represent. With a huge referral-based business and an enviable network of clients, contractors, and cooperating agents, they provide award-winning service to sellers and buyers, “from ‘entry level’ Newport Beach homes to waterfront estates.” Licensed in 1976 and married to a residential builder, Lisa Helou is known as the “shark” of the team: aggressive and relentless on behalf of her clients. An L.A. native, she attended California State University Los Angeles. She and her husband, Carl, live on the Balboa Peninsula, are members of the Balboa Peninsula Point Association, and can be seen riding bikes or cruising the bay in their Duffy boat. Team Helou has built its reputation and success on Lisa’s values of integrity and good character. Fianna earned a degree in psychology from Azusa Pacific University. A beauty pageant winner, she lived in Barcelona, where she taught English and successfully guided a restaurant launch. The soft touch to Lisa's boldness, Fianna brings unparalleled marketing and networking skills to Team Helou. Gio – “witty, analytical, and the icebreaker” – earned a marketing/theatre arts degree from Pepperdine University. As an actor, he toured in England and Scotland; he later acted in L.A. and produced award-winning documentaries. Gio worked with his father in residential construction for years, bringing a valuable perspective to the team. Team Helou’s combination of old school and new school – people skills, market knowledge, and tech savvy – add up to a powerful resource for their clients. The family approach means the lines of work and communication are always open, there’s always a team member available to assist a client, and every decision benefits from their three-part perspective.
