Brent Watson has left Compass, where his sales totaled more than $35 million in 10 months, to return to Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Beverly Hills North office after a year away from the brokerage. He was one of the top ranked agents in Compass’ Beverly Hills office.
Watson, who specializes in working with clients in the sports and entertainment industries, cited international brand recognition, stronger focus on agents and networking, and the long-standing relationships he maintained at the brokerage as the reasons he chose to return to Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.
