  • Long-time Sales Manager Shannon Salazar will remain with the company as the sales manager of the office in Riverside
  • Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage welcomes the 66 independent sales professionals of Coldwell Banker Armstrong Properties

“We have been strategically looking to expand our inland footprint with just the right sales force and harmonized company culture, and found our match in Coldwell Banker Armstrong Properties. We identified this family business that runs rich in local heritage and maintains a solid community focus and industry integrity as the next place where Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage would help more buyers and sellers of real estate. We are thrilled to be now solidly centered in the Riverside market with a stellar group of real estate professionals aligned with the leading global real estate brand.” –Jamie Duran, president of the Orange County, San Diego and Desert operations of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage

“I feel very fortunate that N.R.T. has chosen our office to join forces with. I believe it adds an even stronger layer for the agents in marketing, tools, technology and support, allowing their business to flourish even more! They deserve the best, and I feel they are getting it. What is so great about this is that Sales Manager Shannon Salazar will be staying on in her leadership role along with the support staff (receptionist and marketing specialist). Shannon has done an amazing job, and the agents love and appreciate her.

We will be staying in our current location, where we have been since 1963. I look forward to my continued involvement with the company and am excited about the accelerated and continued growth as a result of this change!

Our family, including Betty, Tim, and Lis Armstrong, and I truly appreciate all the support from our agents, employees, and clients (past and present) with this change.” –Teri Armstrong-Hardke, former broker owner Coldwell Banker Armstrong Properties
