The Salvation Army of Pasadena kicked off its annual Red Kettle Campaign Wednesday, November 16th with a successful breakfast ceremony which raised over $62,000. The event was held in the UCLA locker room at the Rose Bowl and marks the beginning of the holiday season and Salvation Army’s most recognizable fundraising effort, the iconic tradition of bell ringers and red kettles. It also signifies the UCLA vs. USC annual cross town rivalry which will take place tomorrow, hence the location.
