That’s a Wrap on 2017!

2017 was a busy year for the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Southern California.  The company expanded with more offices and agents, agents connected with other Coldwell Banker associates from across the nation (and the world!), and we continued to help clients make their dreams a reality. Here is a recap of just some of the 2017 happenings  in Orange County, Riverside, and San Diego.

The region grew with the openings of the Huntington Beach office and the acquisition of Jelley Properties  and Masterpiece Realty Associates in Del Mar and Sam Armstrong Realty in Riverside.

The Coldwell Banker Laguna Beach office took first place for the second year in a row at the Laguna Board of Realtor’s Charitable Assistance Fund’s 21st Annual Chili Cook-Off and Pet Parade.

We gave $20,000 to a lucky client in the Summer Cash Giveaway.

Offices around Southern California made tails wag with the continued partnership with Adopt-A-Pet.com and the Homes for Dogs Project.  Forty-five pets were adopted in Orange County, Riverside, and San Diego!

Coldwell Banker offices throughout the region received accolades throughout the year.  Pictured below are some of the branch managers that led their offices to be the top 20% of NRT Offices throughout 2017!

We learned from the best in the business at Gen Blue.  The experience included amazing keynote speakers like Tom Ferry and Lori Greiner, talks on the multitude of sales and marketing resources available to them, and the roll-out of the Core Four Values. Of course, it wouldn’t be Las Vegas without a good party- and what is more fitting than a wedding party? The event closed off with a fun Las Vegas wedding-themed night at the T-Mobile arena with a private concert by the Goo Goo Dolls, who agreed to donate a portion of their proceeds from the show to victims of the recent shooting to support CB Stands with Vegas.

Coldwell Banker went to the racetrack and partnered with the Breeders’ Cup.  The week leading up to the event was filled with events such as the Best at the Barn food tasting, a Global Luxury sponsor party, and Taste of the World at the Birch Aquarium with Chef Bobby Flay.

The company also did their part to help out in the community, giving back whenever possible:

Coldwell Banker and NorthStar Moving Food Drive

Annual Coldwell Banker Community Foundation Golf Tournament

La Jolla Office Toys for Tots Toy Drive

If 2018 is anything like 2017, Coldwell Banker is in for a happy and prosperous new year!
